I'm a first time writer, making an attempt at starting my writing here by writing a true story of my own life. Keep in mind in reading it that it will take time to build up, and isn't a story that I'd recommend if you're looking for quick stroke material. Now, if you're looking for a little character development and to read about a true (and realistic) coming of age story then you've come to the right place. Criticism is welcomed and even encouraged, I just ask that it be constructive in nature. I don't always have as much time as I'd like to dedicate to writing, I am in the Army after all, time isn't always my own.
