"A Very Good Day" corrections

An eagle-eyed reader noticed some errors in "A Very Good Day" (thanks, Jim), so I've submitted a corrected version to be reposted once the moderators can get to it.

"Wages of Secrecy" quote correction

Posted at Updated:

Spotted a misquoted saying from J. Robert Oppenheimer at the beginning of the story, a grammatical error at the end of the story, and the fact that the story repeats. Correction inbound.

EDIT: Correction posted.

EDIT #2: I guess I need to make sure that the story is ACTUALLY correct on my end before resubmitting it… I’ll upload another version of the story later today…

Revised version of an old story, and a newer one coming

Hi, everyone –

I’ve reposted a cleaned-up version of a fan-fiction story that was previously posted on SOL last year (and turned on comments — sorry that I had that set wrong).

Next week, posted along with the next-to-last chapter of “A Glass, and Darkly,” will be a story that I started years ago, but never finished or published before.

I’m HOPING that this means that my muse is starting to slowly return, but we’ll have to wait and see on that one.

A new short story was posted today.

While I don't feel much drive to write these days, this story is important to me. I can't go into why it's important, but suffice it to say that it is.

Hope you all enjoy it...

End of 'A Charmed Life,' and a period of remembrance...

Today marks the last chapter of 'A Charmed Life.' The sequel, 'A Glass, and Darkly,' will begin posting on Friday; once the first chapter is posted here, I will schedule the rest of the chapters' posting on the same Tuesday/Friday schedule.

For those in and around Central Massachusetts, today also marks the end of a horrific month for the Worcester Fire Department; between November 24th and today, over the course of 19 years, they endured, and still do, 9 Life-of-Duty deaths and the horrible memories which accompany them.

We, in this area, will never forget.
