When they arrive, however, the pair finds that theirs is not the first investigation into the situation and that the previous attempts to stop the thefts failed because of criminals on the inside.

The Secret Service, who don't approve of Taylors unorthodox methods, force the pair to once again work outside the system to accomplish their goal.
